I love this because no one can say “well that’s just my opinion” about any of it. People will defend the GOP’s practice of dehumanizing citizens because hating gay people is a codified aspect of modern Christianity. Disenfranchising American citizens you don’t want voting?
There IS no defense for that. There is no bullshit excuse you can make up. It’s anti-American. It is an aggressive act against one of the fundamental rights of the citizen of this country. The right to vote. I mean come on, seriously?
And that’s why I could give an absolute shit about ANYTHING else ANY Republican has to say, no matter how salient the point. Actively support this party is no longer a defensible position, because this party is made of bad, money grubbing, hateful people. If you’re cool with that, keep on keepin’ on, I guess, but it is just fucking unfathomable to me that you could be.
